Recruitment and Evaluation Process

The most important goal of our institution, which draws its strength from its employees, in the recruitment process is to recruit qualified manpower to the institution by placing the right candidates in the right position. In this direction, our aim is of great importance in terms of meeting the needs of our organization for qualified human resources today and in the future in the most optimum way.

In the recruitment process, which aims to match the right candidate with the appropriate position, applications for open positions in the Konak Hospital database and career portals are evaluated and candidates are invited for an interview. The purpose of this meeting held by the Human Resources Group Management; is to determine your career goals, educational background, skills, expertise, experience and what makes you successful in your job.

Recruitment process in our institution; It is pre-evaluated by taking into account the knowledge and skill level, qualifications, competencies and experiences required by the required position. Initial interviews and evaluations are completed by Human Resources. Personality inventory (attention, numerical and psychotechnical) is applied to the candidates in line with the requirements of the position. Candidates who are evaluated positively are directed to the relevant department managers to conduct the second interview. Lastly, regarding the decided candidate; A reference research is conducted on the candidate’s job performance, abilities and behavior at work. Afterwards; A company recruitment offer including wages and all social rights is presented to the suitable candidate.

Internship Process

Candidates who want to pursue a career in the health sector can provide industry experience by doing an internship in our hospital or administrative offices in order to get to know the sector before completing their education.

Performance Evaluation Process,

Competency-Based Performance Management System is implemented in our institution and performance measurement is carried out in an integrated manner with our targets and strategies.

The employee is given the opportunity to measure his/her own performance and a performance evaluation interview is held with his manager.

Based on all these evaluation results, what needs to be done to improve the performance of the employee is determined and the development of the employee is planned. Development Plans are followed and recorded throughout the year.
